Chris Paterson and Jamie McMillan are joined by Scotland international Chris Harris, following his recent call-up to the British and Irish Lions squad for this summer’s tour to South Africa.
On Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re joined by Scottish Rugby’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr James Robson MBE and Scottish Rugby’s Player Liaison Ben Atiga. Ben talks about the Rugby for Life programme, which helps players stay healthy, educate themselves and foster interests and careers for them outside of the game.
Dr James Robson MBE highlights the importance of mental health awareness and also talks about how Scottish Rugby have managed to keep their players safe during the recent pandemic.
